Update on Recent Activities

It's been a bit quiet on my end as I've returned to teaching full time, and it's been quite hectic. However, I wanted to share some updates:

Charity Filing

Beyond Spelling is filed as on official charity however are now facing a 28-week waitlist. Yet, the funds raised from my dance a thon is going to support children who cannot afford music lessons normally to take them at school.

Bank Account

The bank account is all set up ready to start sending money out.

Supporting Children with Reading Difficulties

When I was back at school. I was getting creative supporting young children with reading difficulties. These children had yet to have any one-to-one intervention. They were sitting in phonics classes, learning very little. I'll be sharing some fun ideas to get children reading!

Montessori Cookbooks

I was planning some active learning for next year and thought about children cooking on their own. However, I could not find any resources for children who could not read yet. So I've been spending my summer creating my own! Please see them here!
